This message is in response to the complaint made by [redacted]. First of all she was not the homeowner or actual end customer in this situation. However she was the contractor ([redacted]) who hired our company to replace the awning her workers destroyed. So in this complaint she posed as...

the actual customer. We worked direct with the customer/homeowner and were able to complete the project and they were extremely satisfied with our work.  The issue was the fact that things took so long to complete. Some of this was unavoidable on our part but we got through the delays and completed the awning replacement to the satisfaction of the homeowner. They love the awning we installed although it did take a while to complete.  Mrs. [redacted]’s complaint was unnecessary and also unprofessional and served no purpose in speeding up the project. We do quality work in a timely manner and when there are issues that cause a delay we continue to work through things until the job is complete and the customer is satisfied.
