I own two rental houses in Austin, TXI am used to dealing with property managers, tenants, and I know what is expected on both sides of these deals
I moved into my rented converted garage October 21st, 2016, Cal Oaks made me pay rent starting 10/12/16, I guess to net the owner more moneyAnd when I moved in there was no front tenants, and the rent was $2,400, but then Cal Oaks gave all of the property parking spots as well as discounting the front rent equal to mine of $2,I guess I felt screwed from the start

Prior to moving out I hand cleaned every cleanable, wipeable surfaceOn October 30th, Brianna with Cal Oaks confirmed I must pay $to Vega Cleaning Services because they say the stove/oven was dirty and the bathroom sink was dirty, this is amazing to me because I cleaned all of these surfaces
