Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Hello The business owner, [redacted] is being dishonest Below is an email I received from his manager, [redacted] , which verifies that I confimed the date and time for the work His claim that I may have requested Friday April 8th at 11pm instead of Saturday April 9th at 11am is incorrect As a condition of service, I required immediate invoicing In the below email, Ms [redacted] promises my invoice by April 8th In actuality, it did not arrive until May 1st Subject: RE: Cleaning quote From: [redacted] < [redacted] > Date: Thu, April 07, 4:pm To: [redacted] < [redacted] >Hi ***,The crew will be on site Saturday at 11am.We will send you the invoice tomorrow.Thank you, [redacted] I was extremely upset to be calling shortly before midnight on April 8th because Mr [redacted] 's cleaners were on my premises without authorization and were removing inventory from a suite without permission I was upset when I called his night manager on their emergency line that evening and he informed me that his company had not authorized anyone to be on my property, and that he in fact was unable to identify the individuals as employees based on photos I sent of them and their vehicle I was upset dealing with his cleaners the following day when I was forced to call them back repeatedly throughout the day to perform a basic cleaning job Regards, [redacted] ***
There was some confusion as to if the client wanted an evening cleaning or daytime cleaning Our crew showed up at night (11pm) instead of what the client was hoping for (11am the following day) We returned to complete the work the next day.We have been cleaning the common area of this center for many years for this client and during this job he treated both our staff and my manager with disrespect and was very unprofessional.In over years of business, I have only fired clients This person was one of them His behavior was not acceptable on any level.We will not be offering an additional discount
