California Park Market

Review: Prices in this store are not marked clearly and are inconsistent. I tried to make a purchase that was marked $9.99 on the shelf, but the price asked at cash register was $10.99. I brought it to attendant's attention but he would not address my concern. I informed him that this was a clear case of switch and bait and that it was illegal. He had no clue what I was talking about. I told him I would be informing his owner/manager. The shelf price was clearly marked $9.99. This is not the first time I have had this experience at this business.Desired Settlement: I would like to frequent this business again because it is convenient location, but want to see clearly marked shelf prices match the price at the cash register, Many items are not clearly marked and I have had to ask the price due to the confusion.

Business states that they have been in contact with consumer and explained the situation. There was some confusion due to the beer distributor advertising. Business has apologized, corrected the issue accordingly and believes the consumer issues have been addressed appropriately.

I did speak with the owner/manager who offered an explanation about distribution issues, but I will continue to watch as this same issue has happened a few times in the past at this store. But I am satisfied at this time.
