the City of Antioch.  All traffic controls were being performed as directed by city approved traffic control plans and was being inspected daily by City inspectors and CPM’s construction superintendent to insure both the safety of the public and our crews during this work on the city streets.   Individuals who drive through, around or into a closed traffic control set up are putting themselves, the public and the road construction crews lives in danger and are in violation of California Vehicle Code. The first instance that we heard of the complaint was from the Revdex.com. We maintain an A+ rating and have had no previous complaints.

Review: I was driving on 10th street in Antioch ca 7/13/2015 following several other cars when I noticed we went from an asphalt road to a slurry seal road and heard and saw the wet slurry hitting my vehicle. Went about 2 1/2 blocks and saw cpm employees running to the front vehicle to stop us. Pulled over to speak to the cpm employee and told him there were no cones, no flagger, and no road closure signs at all to stop vehicles from entering.he told me that they have had problems with people moving the cones. The cpm employee told me they would take care of the cleaning of my truck. Now as of 7/16/2015 and calling every day the project manager told me that the company instructed him to tell me I need to contact the city with my complaint. I contacted the city of Antioch and was told it was the responsibility of CPM to handle the damage of my vehicle. So what do I do now? My vehicle is damaged and I'm getting the run-a-round. Even after the incident while going to and from work I see the same company with cones out having oncoming traffic driving into each other with no flagger or signs. This shows that safety and customer service is not their priority.Desired Settlement: Fix the damage to my vehicle and train employees about safely closing roads and redirecting traffic.
