I have spoken with DrO*** and team this afternoon and accepted the credit to my account as closure to complaint ID ***This resolution does not ease my pain and sorrow by any stretch of the imagination or bring Toby back into my arms but maybe this tragedy will help the staff at Piper Memorialtake emergency referrals by vets more seriously and will have the animals seen right away, communicate better with the owners and have everything clearly spelled out as this is the worst time in the owners lifeand its hard to process what is going on especially since Toby's illness was so sudden and he was so loved - this was my child. I thank DrO*** and team for finally hearing my concerns and their commitment to bettering the experience for future owners as well as making some investments so that when the owner goes to visit his/her baby they are more humane and in a more comfortable setting. What is most important is the wellness and comfort of the pet and the feeling by the owner that he/she is leaving their baby in capable hands and they are being taken care of in this scary time

We just received a letter from you describing a concern by a client Iolanda * *** when she visited our veterinary hospital in September 4, with her sick pet Toby I did contact her today and we discussed all her concerns about her experience here. I will speak to DrO*** and we
