California Pools & Granite

Review: Granite counter tops were installed in my home. The job was not fully completed (caulking was not done, appliances removed were not re-installed). Multiple phone calls over a period of 2-3 weeks failed to produce results. I was promised the week of 12/9/2013 that the installer would be out to finish the job the week of 12/16/2013. I have not received any follow-up times or dates. Multiple calls to California Pools and Granite were not returned and the phones were not answered - only by machines. Due to unfinished work, I had to spend an additional $72 to replace the front control panel cover on my relatively new dishwasher b/c it is loose inside the cabinet.Desired Settlement: FINISH the job! Caulk all areas in need of caulking, fasten dishwasher to counter as it needs to be and do so within next 6 days - it won't take that long!!!! RETURN calls and have staff that will ANSWER the phones!
