ID # *** *** *** *** ** ***, CA *** Ms*** ***, We have received the Revdex.com letter concerning one of our customer *** *** that she had filed a complaint with California Pools and is disputing for $in refund for emotional
distress*** and *** had signed the contract on May 02, (first page of contract is attached). If you look in the middle of the page, it stated the approximate date to start the dig and approximate date for completionWe did state on the contract that the APPROXIMATE COMPLETION DATE time should be within 10-weeksWe didn't say that it WILL BE completed within 10-weeks. We ended up starting the dig on May 30, and finished the dig on June 1, (Excavation Sign Off sheet is attached). Her plaster date is on August 19, Which is within the 10-weeks that we approximatedAlso we have to take into consideration that weather also takes a toll in getting certain phases of construction to be completed. Such as rain, wind or even hot weather can affect different stages of building a pool. Just like many other people, our guys don't work on Sundays and majority of SaturdaysThat is why, again, we gave her an approximate completion date. We're not quite understanding why *** is disappointed that we didn't complete her pool in the amount of time given per contract. Even her boyfriend *** ***, who is the actual homeowner of the house has given good words about us and has never complained about the time frame of completing the poolWe have attached the email letter from the actual homeownwer, *** *** that he had sent us a reply email of how satisfied he is with California PoolsAs to refunding *** for $5000, it is unacceptable. We have actually completed the pool within the approximate time frame that was given and therefore should not have to refund *** in any amount.
