encourage our customers to come and talk to us while the vehicle is under labor warranty in order to resolve any issue before submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com or BAR. The parts that were replaced from the antifreeze leakage were shown to [redacted] and her mother as soon as they picked up the car, and they understood why these parts had to be replaced. I spoke to [redacted] once after I received the complaint. During our phone call, I was trying to clarify how we guarantee any labor for 90 days, and if she had any issue to come in and we would diagnose the vehicle with no charge. The $95 she had mentioned was to rod out the radiator in case that was the problem, but we weren't so sure because we had to check it out. [redacted] is not willing to come in for any diagnoses; therefore, I reassured to her there wasn't anything I could do about the refund or about the condition of her car.Thank you[redacted]
