I am rejecting this response because: who ever made this response to my complaint doesn't even sign their name they weren't there when [redacted] cursed at me on the phone this picture that they show is not the one that came to my house it was falling apart and the manner in which [redacted] tried to downplay the lack of quality was a joke I have witnesses to his rudeness I have not lied about any of the situations described here I cancelled the order with the suppose owner gary they should never have built another unit and to think that I should pay for it is ridiculous

Customer made an agreement for a custom made BBQ, he obviously found what seemed to me a better deal, we should have asked for half down but he appeared to be a straight shooter, but after listening to him lie I have my doubts about his integrity. For one we would never berate or further more curse...

at one of our customers. [redacted] who is the person doing this is one of the principals in our BBQ division so why would he be so rude to someone who he wants to do business with?If there was an issue with quality as in the past 40 years of doing business with not as much as a single complaint we would do everything in our power to resolve such an issue. Some folks just cant be satisfied, but I would really like Brian to own up to obligations as I have done and pay the balance of his custom made BBQ which we can not sell to any one else. Please see attached photo and gauge for yourself the quality of this odd sized unit and you be the judge. Our agreement stipulates that deposits are made in good faith and are not refundable on purpose to safeguard against this type of abuse. Customer can call me anytime to discuss delivery of his custom sized BBQ, as it will most likely sit here for a long time.
