California Scents

*** *** first contacted California Scents on January 23,in regards to a product problem. Wespoke to Mr*** and explained the process of submitting a product concern tous. The first step is to submit a numberof items including the product in question, proof of purchase,
photos of anydamage, repair estimates and an explanation of the consumer’s use of theproduct. We received these items fromMr*** on January 26, and January 29, 2015. The complaint provided to us by the Revdex.comdated February 4, indicates Mr*** wants California Scents to pay forthe repairs for the damage done to his vehicle. After investigating the complaint to determine whether it will beaccepted or denied and after reviewing the information and items received fromthe consumer, we have contacted Mr*** directly and agreed to compensate himin the amount of $to cover the cost of the repairs to his vehicle.
