move your ADT system. It is a shame that as a customer you did not get the service you deserve.At California Security Pro, we tried to communicate to you through [redacted] once we saw your review. The name was different from your account with us or we would have called you directly. I have also called several times in regards to the [redacted] case [redacted].I wanted to speak with you to give you whatever it is you need. I have stopped the collection of the $700 and if you need help with anything else please do not hesitate to call me directly. Your experience with Defender - Protect Your Home was horrible. I sent your [redacted] reviews to our ADT Regional Management and it was forward to an Executive Level of ADT. You should have never experienced this.I know at this point you probably do not want to ever deal with ADT. However, if you would like I will do whatever you want in regards to installation and equipment for free. If we would have been called to move your system, it would have been a smooth process for you. Unfortunately, the move was not handled properly by Defender and we were not informed that you needed help until you let us know about your experience via the [redacted] Complaint and [redacted]. I feel terrible about your experience as our customer and wish for your forgiveness. If you need anything in regards to ADT, including the canceling process... please call me.
