Hello , we have reviewed the complaint and have looked into this situation , the diesel smog check inspection equipment automatically determines the vehicles gross weight rating during the inspection and does not require any manual input by the
smog check technician which reduces human error , hence the claim by mr *** that his vehicle is above the diesel smog exemption rating of 14,lbs is very unlikely , the smog check inspection report has determined his vehicle to be below the 14,lbs limit Mr *** can bring the concerned vehicle to our facility so the manufacturers vehicle weight rating label can be inspected and if it is verified to be rated more than 14,lbs then we will refund the smog check inspection fees Thank you
