Mr*** brought his Ford F-in for the following Concern (Idling a little rough when come to a stop and notice a
little noise coming from tail pipe.) We performed the following diagnostic and repairs
(Diagnostic Steps;
Step Started vehicle and verified running rough condition
Step Road tested vehicleNoticed the check engine light came on during the road test
Step Performed Key On Engine Off And Key On Engine Running self testFound diagnostic trouble codes (Insufficient Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow), (Converter Clutch Slip/ 3-2,4-Fault), 95, (Fuel Pump Circuit Open- Electronic Control Assembly to Ground), and (Can't Control Engine Speed During Low RPM Check)
Step Checked system and found there are several vacuum leaks present
Correction - Repair vacuum leaks and check vacuum routing before further diagnosis
Repaired and routed broken vacuum linesRechecked rough idle concernFound the Idle Air Control Valve is sticking causing the idle speed to be to lowAlso noticed the throttle has excessive carbon build upRecommend replacing the Idle Air Control Valve and cleaning the throttle
Removed and replaced Idle Air Control ValveRechecked systemNo further problem found at time of inspection
Cleaned throttle body and rechecked systemNo further problem found at time of inspection
We recommended the following items noted during our repair/inspection
-Cracked Windshield
-Cooling System Flush
-Power Steering Flush
-Transmission Service
-Brake Fluid Flush
-AC Belt was missing
-Heater Hoses Leaking Coolant
-Both Front Tires
Upon completion of repair Mr*** said "My Truck has never ran this good, Thank you"
The next day Mr*** accused us breaking one of his Starter Bolts and Drilling another, the Starter is located under the Truck and all repairs were performed under the hood
To what advantage do we have to attempt to remove Mr*** Starter? Mr*** had an idling concern not a starting concernA Starter was not an item that we recommended
We paid for Mr*** Truck to be Towed back to his home ($paid with my AAA Card) and split the tow bill of $our contribution $
We will assume no further responsibility, Mr*** replaced his own starter year ago and my professional opinion "The broken bolts and drilling out the second bolt is the work of an inexperience mechanic"

I never stated to *** that my truck never ran this good*** is a complete liar, he does not honor his wordsMy truck sat at their facility over the weekend and as I stated before, when I got home after picking up my truck, my truck would not start due to his shop tampering with my starterI came on the next morning and spoke to his wife ***, who in turn said for me to get my truck back to their shop and she would fix it as well as pay for the towing feesInstead of *** or *** calling me to tell me not to bring my truck, they let me have the truck towed back to their shop and that's when *** said he was the owner and did not approve any services on my truckThese people are total liars and crooks and I will never recommend their services to anyone.Every thing that comes out of *** mouth is a lie starting with him saying that I said my truck never ran betterThat was never saidAND YES HE DID PAY FOR MY TRUCK TO BACK TO MY HOUSE, BUT I SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAD TO COME OUT OF MY POCKET FOR TOW FEES WHEN I WAS TOLD BY HIS WIFE *** TO BRING THE TRUCK, SHE WOULD HAVE IT FIXED AND PAY THE TOW FEESTHAT BUSINESS CAN NOT BE TRUSTED, ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED WITH A PHONE CALL FROM *** STATING THAT HIS WIFE HAD NO AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY BUSINESS DECISIONSBEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS

Just as long as my complaints posted on your website for consumers to see that this business is not accredited with the Revdex.com, I'm happy with that, I was not expecting these liars and crooks to honor their word, but I am happy with the fact that my complaint was posted on your website for costumers such as myself to seeWhen a consumer spends money out of their pocket we expect to receive exemplary service as well as exceptional customer service in which we are doing business withThis business provided none of that, I received nothing but lies from them and now I know and I want the world to know that they can't be trusted, so once again for all to see, I say beware of these crooks and liars

These people did something to my husband's truck to cause it to run worse than what it did when brought hereA lady in charge by the name of *** told my husband to have the truck towed back down here being that when we got the truck home last night and it wouldn't startThis *** lady assured my husband that she would pay for the towing and make sure the truck was in working orderBefore bringing the truck back down my husband called *** who in turn assured my husband that she would be responsible for the towing feesWell when we get here with the truck another man by the name of well he said he was the owner and he didn't agree to what *** had originally told himTo make a long story short they don't want to pay for the towing nor do they want to fix their f,,,k up as what was originally statedI am getting an attorney and reporting these scam artist to the Revdex.com for their shady dealingsI do not recommend this place to no one
As far as your comment ***, you never inspected my husband's starter so it looks like you still lyingYou are an excellent liar but you can't get out of the horrible service you provided, you guys screwed up my husband's starter deliberately in hopes to get more money out of him for something you guys screwed upYou screwed up the bolts on the starter and you refuse to take responsibility for it.My husband stated to you he replaces his own starters he's good at that, your workers broke the bolt off on his srarter, then you throw out a scenario that someone may have come by in the night to steal the starter and broke the bolt...how absurd is thatYou're a liar and a crook just face the factsBut guess what?
