On 06/04/Debra requested smog check and - diagnosis for check engine light and what else that she did not mention it on her vehicle at the time when she dropped off at our parking Cot'Vehicle was running rough and smoking whitish
color from tailpipe when drove inShe got on her bike and left before I got a chance to talk to her why and for what kind of problem she is asking for diagnosis.Any how our technician drove the vehicle into the shop to perform smog check while he -was entering vehicle information into smog check analyzer machine vehicle started overheating and cooling temperature started climbing up within to minutesWe did not even get a chance to run complete inspectionDo to safety issues of our employees and possible further damage to customer vehicle we prompted by state abort the test at any time of testingIn her case we stopped the further smog check Inspection and parked the vehicle in the parking Cot and notified her that there is overheating problem with her vehicle and we will not be able to perform smog check and diagnosis until she takes care of overheating problemfirstWhen she showed-off as a courtesy I asked one of my employees to check cooling levels before she takes off, While he was helping her she started accusing us that we caused damages to her car, she never had any problem, she is going to sue us, then she started threatening air king then I approached her and asked her kindly to leave our premisesBefore asking her to leave ow-premises, She mentioned that she just bought the vehicle from tow yard): am sure she was aware of problem or she did not want to admit itThere is always many reasons vehicle end up in tow yard due to multiple mechanical problems that the owner not wanting to repair it and leaves the vehicle in repair facility for long time for not paying for services and repair facility places lean on the vehicle and then sells it to tow yards to get vehicle out of their facilityShe also mentioned that she never noticed overheating while she was driving, off course you would not because while vehicle is in high speed motion air flows into radiator and cools the engine down but when vehicle is not in motion no air flow and overheating starts developingTried to explain it to her but she denied to accept the factWe did not do anything to her vehicle all we did was to drive into the shop for maximum of minutes and then drive out due to overheating problem and safety for our employees plus minutes cleaning up coolant mess in our floorShe never got charged for any services because no services performed if she is requesting copy of invoice, voided are blank with explanation of why and we keep it in case of audits

On 7/11/We had a AC Compressor Replaced on our Honda AccordOn 6/17/Brought car in because AC was blowing Hot air, was told by Mechanic Tin that A/C compressor was bad and leaking refrigerant*** called to inform me that there was no warranty on new compressor repair that was done on 7/11/because all AC related parts were not replaced at the timeI was NOT told at time of original repair that there was no warranty on partBottom of California Smog Repair invoice clearly states there is a 1-year 12,mile warranty on ALL repairs
