january 4th an installer came to my premise and wanted to take pic of the hot tub, I told him I had someone else come and fix itThis has been on going since Nov., so I told him I had it fixed and I will not recommend this Co to any of my friendsI have pic that I took myself before it was fixedIn Nov., they told me they had put a work order in to get this fixedAfter several times I finally got a hold of the owner and HE told me someone would be here to look at it, NO ONE EVER SHOWED

After going to Cal Spas and advising them that I filed a complaint against them with the Revdex.com, the owner was still very rudeWe then told him if the problem was not resolved by July 11th, we would take him to small claims courtAfter about a
week, we finally got the situation resolvedI would not recommend this place to my enemyExtremely poor customer service

yes hello , California Spas and BBq Inc. would like to apologize for the delay in fixing The [redacted] families hot tub. Sincerely,! the new service tech fixed the spa by replacing the pump in august , so this claim should be closed, thank you for your help re ID 12316839
