I really don't understand why we have to refund the customer back his money. We had to pay for our men and gas to go out there multiple times to fix the problem that apparently the customer was unsatisfied with. We normally charge everyone that is not under warranty $75 to just come out and if we do any work we waive the fee and charge them for what we do. But since this customer was unsatisfied with our work here is a copy of the check that either he can come and pick up from our office or we can mail it out and hopefully it doesn't get lost again.

Thank you for your help.   I viewed the last reply and your email from last week and their response was that they could mail me the check or that I could pick it up,  I called Camille on January 5th  and offered to come by that day but was told by Camille not to because the check was already mailed.  Since I didn't receive it in the mail I called Poncho Solar on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but  my call when straight to voicemail.  i told my wife that I think they blocked my phone number because I couldn't get through.  My wife called  them on Wednesday afternoon from her phone and got in touch with Camille right away who told her that she didn't lie about mailing the check and referred my wife to Theresa, who made excuses that she was sick and the check was sitting on her desk for a week.  We finally went to Poncho Solar on Thursday morning and picked up the check.  They have 5 office workers at the company so my calls shouldn't have automatically gone to voicemail 3 times.  Also, Theresa told my wife that she talked to Revdex.com and said that since the first check got lost in the mail she would call us to pick up the next check so it wouldn't get lost.  She never called us.  So it is finally resolved and I am very grateful to the Revdex.com.  Thank you very much, without you my attempts at resolution would have been ignored.Wesley T[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]; We are rejecting this response because Solar Install for both homes are not completed. We received some documents yesterday from Mike (see attachment). Ewa Beach requires a Homeowners Association Inspection and attached Ewa Beach building + electrical inspection was completed on 19 & 20 October....how can that be when the Solar panel install for Ewa Beach occurred on 12 Nov 2015 (investigation pending). We are working with [redacted] to pull back our final 50% loan disbursement for both homes until Solar Installs are complete - waiting on Mike N[redacted]/Poncho Solar Owner to provide written approval to do that. We did NOT receive our "full" 10% good faith deposit for both homes + revised solar panel warranty. The loan process with [redacted] was our oversight but to take/receive "FULL" payment from both our [redacted] loan for a job that is NOT completed is theft. Our Ewa Beach Poncho bill, contract, initial deposit is provided in attachment. Mike needs to show proof that our loan amount in our Contract is wrong + we ack'd Solar process is long but you do not accept full payment for both loans on 5 Nov 2015 when your initial start date for Ewa Beach was 12 Nov and 7 Dec 2015 - should have been honest with the [redacted] and not accept. We lost out on 6 months of interest fee on both our loans due to his dishonesty. Our solar install for both homes will be complete when, and only when Ewa Beach passes Homeowner Assn Inspection + Mountain View solar tie-in is complete to include our full 10% deposit and revised warranty for solar panels.

We will be giving our solar technicians your information and they should be getting back to you. You had a five year parts and labor warranty on the system. The tank has a six year manufacturer's warranty and the panels have a ten year manufacturer's warranty. For further assistance you...

We are rejecting this response because clearly Mr. N[redacted]/Poncho Solar has no insight regarding our complaint:
Reference #1: Passed electrical and building inspection:
1)How can Mr. N[redacted] provide our Ewa Beach “approved” building & electrical inspection document that states completed on 19 & 20 Oct 2015 for 270 watt panels when Ewa Beach solar panel install occurred on 12 Nov 2015 and we have twenty 280 watt panels?
2) Poncho Solar has “compromised” our Ewa Beach Homeowner Association Inspection with fraudulent building and electrical permits
Reference #2: [redacted] meter could already be changed (This is in reference to our Mt View meter change and solar tie-in):
1) Poor customer service……negative follow-up after multiple emails sent
2) As of today, 13 March 2016, negative meter change or solar tie-in for our Mountain View home. Our Poncho solar contract is dated June 5, 2015, solar panel install 7 December 2015. This is truly unacceptable and was worse is “full” loan disbursement x2 was deposited into Poncho Solar account on 5 Nov 2015.
Reference #3: This lady was given a very cheap deal:
1) It was advertised in the newspaper lower than other solar companies.
2) We provided Poncho Solar two (2) homes versus one (1)
3) Twenty 270 watt panel not available for the install. We wanted to cancel our contract unless you provide like or better kind. You later called and said you had twenty 280 panels so we agreed. Maybe you had no choice because you already accepted/spent our [redacted] loan money (40K) which we had negative knowledge of at the time of disbursement (our oversight).
Reference #4: The only reason I accepted it was to help out the salesperson (Mr. [redacted])
1) You should have “NEVER” accept “initial disbursement” from [redacted] on 5 Aug 2015 and “full disbursement” on 5 Nov 2015 when solar install NEVER started until 12 Nov (Ewa Beach) and 7 Dec (Mt. View). Mr. N[redacted] truly lack integrity.
2) Mr. [redacted] “NEVER” got paid on-time by Poncho Solar
Reference #5: Same thing for Ewa Beach. Everything closed
1) You have some explaining to do regarding Ewa Beach building and electrical permits
2) If we don’t pass our Ewa Beach Homeowner Inspection, case will be pending in court
Reference #6: She never requested any of this documentation from our secretaries prior to her complaint
1) I have email documentation to Mr. N[redacted] on all request
Reference #7: The warranties are unchanged by the increase in panel wattage that they received for free
1) Negative, we would NOT have chosen Poncho Solar unless there was a warranty + we paid for it
2) Send the warranty documentation that states 280 watts panel
Bottom Line: Explain fraudulent permits for Ewa Beach, provide revised warranties and full 10% deposit for both homes.
