At this time, I have been contacted directly by Apsis Usa Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The only response I received was that they are going to make more parts. This is unacceptable. I have been replacing these parts for a year now....
Replaced the hood vent once, the side vents twice and the fender spats once. They do not last much more than six months before the carbon fiber begins to separate from the base part. The work required to replace the side vents is over four hours and requires disassemble of the passenger side fender. I have already done that job twice. I will have to do it again since the second set is delaminating now but I refuse to replace them with Apsis parts. I want a full refund for the effected parts so I can move on with a better manufacturer that stands by the customer's requests.
