Thank you for your timeDo to this incident with case number *** unfortunately we did not do any repair to tv because customer did not approve the repairAfter so long customer picked tv up and tv was in same condition because we did not repairWe only charged $for diagnostic feeCustomer signed receipt and picked up tv in good conditionCustomer came back a month later to let the business know the tv was damagedUnfortunately once tv has left the store we are not responsible for damage

The TV was damaged in the process of them doing the diagnostic so whether or not they made any repairs would be completely irrelevantThey took the tv apart and that is the only way that it could have been damagedThis
is also proven by their use of scotch tape to hold wires together inside the TVI also received continuous excuses as to why it took them almost a month to do a job that they told me would only take a few daysI have stopped by the shop to speak to the manager a couple of time and his argument is only that the TV had to be fine because I signed the receiptAgain, a signature on the receipt does not signify that they did not cause the damage that they obviously causedIt only signifies that I picked up the TV from the shopIf they had the TV for a few more days then they would have claimed it as their own, it is written on their receipts, which makes sense as to why they tried so hard to hold it for so longThis shop is a complete scam and employs no business ethics whatsoeverI looked up reviews on them and found zero positive reviews, all were negative and now I unfortunately get to add to that trend

When the business was notified of the fridge not working there was no tech available on the weekend. The following Monday we called to send the tech for the issue but they did not want us to...

fix it and informed us they purchased another fridge. We always try to comply the customer but unfortunately could not due to we do not have a tech for the weekend.
