Thank you for your concern,We have reviewed the video footage that the independent contractor delivery people take on every delivery.After reviewing the video footage, we are pleased to know that not one bad word or gesture or anything threatening was ever made by the contracted delivery people
However, the client slammed the door on the delivery people after refusing to pay for the item that the client asked the delivery people to place in their house.As with all deliverables the item must be paid for at the time of delivery, just the same with UPS, Federal Express, the Post Office, and even your local pizza delivery manIn this circumstance, upon delivery the client refused to pay and while the cushions were in the hands of the delivery people the client closed the door on the delivery people refusing to talk to them. From the best of my knowledge, it is a criminal offense to take a product from a business or person without paying for it and slam the door on that person.We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused

I am rejecting this response because: The business replied with no solution regarding how I will be able to receive three outstanding cushion that were removed.  I would be able to pick up the cushions and pay for the outstanding balance however under no circumstances would it be acceptable for the same two men to come to my home to deliver the cushions.  The color of the sofa is not what was agreed upon and I feel that this was a clear case of bait and switch and was obvious that the late delivery in the evening combined with the hurry up attitude of the men was a tactic that they used in hopes I would not notice.  To avoid what will probably be a lengthy dispute I will however accept the sofa and pay the balance due as is.  This is not resolved until I can arrange to pick the cushions up and pay the balance.
