Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would like to reopen this caseAs is typical of this business they are accusing me of a crime when I'm simply trying to recover my money from their negligence in providing an unclean and unsafe rental unit I'm attaching some of the correspondence and a link to photos as proofPlease let me know what else you need and where we go from here Regards, [redacted]

The guest provides no evidence of what he describes as the condition of the property He is attempting to extort our business and the property owners we represent The complaint has no meritThanks***Tell us why here

made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would like to reopen this case. As is typical of this business they are accusing me of a crime when I'm simply trying to recover my money from their negligence in providing an unclean and unsafe rental unit.  I'm attaching some of the correspondence and a link to photos as proof. Please let me know what else you need and where we go from here.

The guest ([redacted]) was removed by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department from one of our vacation rental units on August 2, 2016 around 2pm for trespassing.  No charges were filed as she did leave without incident once the police arrived.  The guest owes us approximately $250 for...

staying 2 additional nights without paying, for damage to the unit and the labor cost associated with removing her from the property. Specific to the comments in the complaint:-The guest paid $2020.30 for stays in 2 of our units totaling 51 nights from 6/1/16-7/31/16.  -Neither unit was damaged upon arrival and the air conditioning worked the entire time the guest was in both properties.-The front door locks/codes worked the entire time the guest stayed in both properties.  The only known issue was when the guest tried to move into the 2nd unit before her scheduled 3pm check-in and we had to manually update her code to provide access.-There is a lock-off door in between suites in both units where the guest stayed.  There is a lock on both sides of the door and it is not possible for the guest on the other side of the unit to open the door unless it is unlocked by the guest staying in the unit.-The guest set off the fire alarm in the unit during her stay at approximately 12:30am and community ([redacted]) security assisted helping her turn off the alarms.  We provided security access to both sides of the unit during the incident so they could address the issue and they likely unlocked the lock-off door to handle the problem. There were no other incidents involving the fire alarm.  -I entered the first unit the guest was staying in to deliver a package addressed to the guest that was left by another unit after knocking on the door for about 3 minutes announcing myself as [redacted], the owner of California Vacation Villas.  The guest was huddled behind the door (fully clothed).  She accepted the package and I left.  After announcing herself, our housekeeper entered the unit on August 2nd to remove the guest.  The guest was claiming to be naked despite being fully clothed.-There was no interaction with the guest over her personal belongings (IPhone, candles, espresso maker). Let me know if you have any questions. [redacted]

The guest provides no evidence of what he describes as the condition of the property.  He is attempting to extort our business and the property owners we represent.  The complaint has no merit. Thanks[redacted]Tell us why here...
