First f all I want to Thank You sincerely for your expedient response to this matter.Since then I did receive a call from *** the Office Manager whom honestly stated that there was an mistake to billing due to water meter readings.Office Manager
stated that a billing adjustment to be made for original amount normally paid to satisfy bill.Thanks again for getting companies to always do the right thing!
