I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel comfortable letting them work on my vehicle any longer I have already been up there several times his way of fixing the leveling kit was lowering the front of my truck so how is it a leveling kit it's not even leveled with the back of the truck the steps on my truck are not even flush with the body every since I've had them put on numerous people have pointed that out so how could his technician miss that and I highly doubt he took my truck on a test drive because when they got done with it it still like a rock I had no suspension in the front at all doing a leveling kit does not consist of taking away all of my shock absorption I have a brand new Chevy Silverado I bought it with miles on it they just didn't install the right leveling kit obviously and he keeps telling me his Parts guy said that that is the right leveling kit and I just have to break it in that's crazy

I am rejecting this response because: This is exactly why I do not want to bring my vehicle back I understand the difference between a lift kit and a leveling kit but using just the keys to do a leveling kit on my year truck is the incorrect way to do itSo the way your shop fixed my truck was to lower it so that means it's not leveled the way you had my truck lifted was casing damage to my vehicle you had the control arms extended all the way out which had them touching the frame metal to metal which left me with no retraction and stiff as a board so your high experience technician thought that was okayNot only that you didn't even level my power steps on the truck right one side touches the body the other side sticks out which makes a loud clicking noise that getting louder and louder when you shut the driver side doors just a all the way around poor job for the money I spent
Mr [redacted] brought the car for tires and wheel installation . Our technician did install the wheels ( 20x8.5) Giovanna on his cars. In whole process of Installation non of the installer mount the tires and wheel and installed on the car for test fit...
purpose. Installation process for the wheels and tires took one hour and whole time Mr [redacted] was there by his car .We do wheel installation every day all day. As a reputable business , We have thousand of customer who trust on us and the biggest reason they keep coming back because we look after our customer and take care their problems or valid issues they ever have on daily basis.We love to resolve any warranty related issue about the merchandise but damaging the car while installing the wheel and tires its complete accusation by Mr Customer .

He brought the quote from 4 wheels parts which is 4" lift kit not the leveling kit.There is difference between the lift kit and leveling kit. We had not installed or sold the lift kit to customer. We sold him tm108 leveling kit which come with the torsion key and the shock extender which level the front end almost 2.5". we install and sell these lift kit and leveling kit on daily basis.this is not our 1st time installing the leveling kit on the chevy 2500. we have high skilled technicians who work the suspension every day. We built our trust with our client on honesty and integrity. We completely stand behind our product and workmanship. All we can offer this gentleman to bring his truck in and communicate with one of us . We always look after for our client and resolve their reasonable issues they have.
