Our Lender Tony perfectly explained the entire process in great detail. His Team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every situation we came across. They were available at all hours of the day and night to help with questions about the loan and timing of documents. we were pre-paproved within 3 days, and were fully underqwritten even before we made an offer on our house.(which is Rare, ask any realtor) Due to their excellent service and expertise, we were able to close our escrow within 30 days and be fully fuinded before the close of escrow date. I would highly recommend them to any first time home buyer, or refinance owners. They knew every program and monitored our home buying purchase everyday.
