I reported the customer to the New York state Revdex.com.
I purchased workout bands and workout bands DVD in late August and only received 2 emails from the owner and I never recieved the products I paid for.
Right now I do think he has a great fitness program but a very poor business process. I run a website myself and I can track every order that goes out so this never happens to me.
If you do place a order on the website it is not guaranteed if you may or may not get the product you purchased.
Also this business currently has a F status with the New York state Revdex.com.

Review: I ordered a book online from this business on May **, 2014. I waited until June **, 2014 to contact this seller because I thought maybe it was just taking a long time to receive the book. I sent him a private message on [redacted] asking about my order, and he asked me to send him the [redacted] receipt that I purchased the book with, which I did. I didn't hear back from him, so I messaged him again. He then asked me to give him the email that I used when I ordered the book online. I sent him the email address. I got no reply. I sent him another message, and still no response at all. I have sent several more messages over the past month attempting to get my book, each time I received no response. On July **, over two months since I originally placed my order, I called the number associated with this business but the person that answered said I had the wrong number. I sent a final email message asking for my money back.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would simply like to have my money refunded. I believe that this seller never sent my book in the mail, and is not intending on refunding my money. I am beyond disappointed.

Review: I ordered a certification from him for continuing education in personal training. I sent it back to be graded and haven't received word on it almost two months. When I wrote to him on a social media page he told me to email him and to not write about that on his page because it's "disrespectful" then deleted both comments. I've emailed him twice since then and got no reply.Desired Settlement: I either want the money refunded to the credit card that was used, or I want my test fairly graded and sent back to me.
