Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] On 3-3-I placed an order with Calithreadz and never got my orderI made numerous phone calls to ask where my order was, I was always told it was either ready to ship or that it was in the mailI kept calling weekly and kept sending text messages and emails asking when I could expect my order and they kept telling me it was in the mailOn 4-10-I received a phone call from a man in Temecula, CA who said the mailman just delivered my package to them by mistake and that his wife had opened it and found my phone number inside the boxThey said they would put it back in the mailAt that point I called the owner of Calithreadz , Big [redacted] to report this problem and gave him the man's phone number so he could verify this problemThe owner, *** said he filed a claim with the post office for the lost or stolen package and told me he would resend the order but he never didI have continued to call, email and text [redacted] and the business but have never received anything from themThey also said they would send me a refund but never didI continue to ask them for a refund and they keep telling me a check is in the mailSince the day I placed my order I kept asking for a tracking number but was ignoredI have contacted this company every single week and now months later, I am still waiting for the refund

On 3-3-15 I placed an order with Calithreadz  and never got my order. I made numerous phone calls to ask where my order was, I was always told it was either ready to ship or that it was in the mail. I kept calling  weekly and kept  sending text messages and emails asking when I could expect my order and they kept telling me it was in the mail.
