-I went to see [redacted] (Aclarus [redacted] ) around Oct19, 2016, I gave my credit card information for the $deposit -I gave my credit card and my authorization only on this occasion and only for $as it was refundable deposit as per her email dated Oct 13, -Last email received from [redacted] was dated June 9, -I haven't heard back from her ever again until they delivered the system on June 13, -The system arrived on June 13, during the major renovation without my knowledge as the system had no labels on any of the boxes, no one knew what it is for and where it is fromI only realized the system was shipped when I examined my credit card statement and notice the charges -On June 14, [redacted] of Aclarus sent me a final invoice after the fact that the unit had been shipped and my credit card was charged -On July 4, I emailed [redacted] and received no response from her, I email again on July 7, asking for clarification, still no resp
