On 6/27/18 *** indicated she had conducted an audit on my account and determined that a total of 4 calls would be credited back to us.
When *** was confronted by my office manager regarding refund she indicated that she wasn't going to do it. I have an email from *** indicating that she had found that 4 calls would be credited since one was a call from them as a test call, a second call was a duplicate and the other 2 calls was the same patient. The account was never credited and Call 4 health has stated there is no one above *** we can talk to.
After the audit was conducted *** indicated the billing errors that she had found and she indicated she would credit the account something she never did. We are requesting for those 4 calls to be credited.
