purchased the machine from him in 2012. In addition, he's made service calls in 2013 and after, so it doesn't make sense what he is saying. If this was the case, there wouldn't have been service calls from him the years after 2012, but there were. In addition, if the company was out of business, there should have been a letter informing me or he would have stated this to be the case when me made the multiple service calls. Moreover, as stated in my original complaint letter, when my staff spoke with him in May, he said he was out of town and would be back the following Monday. If his company was out of business, he would have stated that he wouldn't be able to provide us with help. Lastly, when I called the office number, the information still says LD technology. So, if a corporation is out of business, why do they still have a phone line? Even when I called asking about body scans from a number I found on yellow pages, he answered. So, I don't believe this is the case. Therefore, I reject this response. I paid for a product that included a warranty and he knew prior to this discrepancy that there was something wrong with the machine, like a virus that was causing issues. He has stated this to me and to my staff prior to all of this going down. He simply doesn't want to honor his warranty or replace the product. He's saying that he needs to be paid 500 dollars for a service call. He has no right to ask me for money when the warranty he promised is still valid.

I am willing to personally help the former client personally if they want my assistance.  Like I stated before I am no longer in this business, but I am willing to provide services personally for a fee.  I will use my personal company TEL Enterprises for any of these services. thank you
