Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The Business is not correct in their explanation of the facts.The business has not given me any free service in the past and find that reason to be very reprehensible Why would they do that? I am a regular customer as any other When I first went to this business I asked them what the price would be to do my pedicure -- as per my requirements -- color on toes and another color on the other toes In no instance do I have two colors on one nail I also like designs and rhinestones on my big toesThe price I was quoted was: Pedicure $25Design on toes $(3$ each toe)Total: $This is the service I have been receiving over the course of several months It is news to me that now they are charging a $for rhinestones.However the last time I was there, the owner was rude and nasty to me and told me that she was charging me extra because I used different colorsNothing about rhinestonesPlease note that I have patronized other nail bars and this is the general cost of the service I receive In fact after I was overcharged at this place, I went upstairs in the [redacted] and inquired from the other Nail place -- which quoted me a price of $to do exactly what was done by Lovely Hair and Nails.The employees are very courteous and I agree with that In fact I always leave generous tips for them The last time, even though I was overcharged, I left a tip of $It is this one person (who may be the manager or owner) who decides to raise the price whenever she sees me Perhaps she does not like me This is indeed discriminatory A business can't charge everyone the same price and suddenly increase the price (on a given day due to some unknown reason) and then tell me that they have been providing me with discounts in the past.I will no longer be patronizing this place However, I ask Revdex.com to require this business to place in prominent places of this business -- the pricing structure of all their services In this manner -- they can't decide to change their pricing according to their whims and moods Anything less than this is discriminatory.Please note that I am willing to pay for the services that I require I have no problem paying $for these services -- if that is the stated priceWhat I detest is to know that the business is manipulating the prices based on the owner's moods or personal prejudices.Regards, [redacted]

This letter is in respond to this complaint that is attached *** ***.First, we are so sorry for the customer's frustration and would like to clear any misunderstandingWe have always stride to build great and friendly relationship with all our customersWe have been in this type of business
for many years and have many returning loyal customersWe are forever grateful for their supportWe always treat everyone and specially our Customers with respect and courtesy.We built our business base on customer serviceBut to hear a customer complaining about rudeness, dishonesty, and discrimination is never acceptable and that can never be usWe will not allow these negativities to hurt our good reputation because we will never be discriminatoryThose are hurtful comments toward our business and that is no jokeThose words can't be used lightly.We want to make it clear that we are against prejudiceWe will go above and beyond to fight discriminationWe are never discriminatory, never been, never allow it, and never will beWe are proud of our employees and we can't thank enough for all our great and loyal customers' Supportal these years.We would like to clarify that we do not increase prices without notice but instead lowering then if and when possibleWe've worked very hard for many years to build our business therefore we will never do something like that to lose our customer and our reputationAs in this case, we've made exceptions in the past and didn't charge the customer the full price (we gave discount but had told her that we will charge extra which is the full price for similar request in the future).Let us break down the priceWe are not trying to debate about extra effort and price as it is a business and we want to be fair for everyone.The "norm" is one colorSpecial request like multicolor or different color for different toes and multiple colors for single toes are considered "custom design" and will be charged as design per toe and price will be from Sand upThat is a work of art and the price can't be labeled as it will all depends on the difficulty of the work done but will always be more than $As in this case, we should have but didn't even charge her extra for the special request.Here's the breakdown:$Pedicure$Toe design $per toe (toes)$Rhinestones or diamond stones $each stone (stones on each toes)$Eyebrow and lip wax$total price for these service -------------- we charged her $this timeWe used to give her free rhinestones in the past but we've told her the last time she was there that we will charge her extra for themWe are so sorry, but we have been generous and have done more than we could for herWe had discounted her numerous times but we can't continue to absorb the loss and Specially how negatively she thought of usWe will not allow anyone to continue to write negative comments to harass our employees and our business in this mannerWe don't know what refund she is asking but you can see that we didn't charge her a full price for the service that she has gottenThank you for your time and understanding.Sincerely yours,Tony *** T***

The price I was quoted was: Pedicure $25Design on 2 toes $6 (3$ each toe)Total: $31 This is the service I have been receiving over the course of several months.  It is news to me that now they are charging a $1 for rhinestones.However the last time I was there, the owner was rude and nasty to me and told me that she was charging me extra because I used 2 different colors. Nothing about rhinestones. Please note that I have patronized other nail bars and this is the general cost of the service I receive.  In fact after I was overcharged at this place, I went upstairs in the [redacted] and inquired from the other Nail place -- which quoted me a price of $30 to do exactly what was done by Lovely Hair and Nails.The employees are very courteous and I agree with that  In fact I always leave generous tips for them.  The last time, even though I was overcharged, I left a tip of $10..
