reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[The business is doing unethical practices. First of all, they had a Sales Rep working for a day who was supposedly fired six months ago. There was no sign at the time of purchase showing seven days return policy. In addition, I had specifically asked about the return policy and was informed by the Sales Rep I have up to a year if anything happens to phone. The receipt did not have the company's name, number or receipt policy. I did nothing to the phone. I work everyday so I had no time to bring back the phone earlier than almost 3 weeks. The Sales Rep set up phone and exchanged sim so if the phone had a scratch I did not notice. This was during the week of the passing of one of my family member. I was in a hurry and needed a phone. These people are not telling the truth. They are a farce and take advantage of innocent people. Joey who works there is a liar, rude and obnoxious. I would like something to be done.
