Customer service explained that their prompt doesn't take into account 12% tax and service 25 cent fee that they can deduct during the call.
The service fee of 25c every 2 weeks was introduced AFTER I became their customer without any prior notification and I learned about it only after I started asking why my money disappeared from the account.
