I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint
As I stated, I received an email about being charged and not one relating to the credit, which is not good business
I appreciate my charges being credited me as it was not clear to me what had been done
However, what this business relates as having occurred with the supervisor--in actuality---DID NOT OCCUR
The issue with the technician was not as what has been reported
I was asking about the technician and what he was doing and received no response. *** came to the phone and argued with me about what was going on and then informed me that I would receive no help from anyone
AS the technician was working, Supervisor *** had the technician stop from performing the work. The words of the technician: " I cannot continue to work as you did not authorize me to do so" I asked technician to continue and complete the work giving him, the technician permission. *** made the technician stop the work, There I was with an issue, having paid 99.99, not knowing if I were to receive a refund, and then to have the technician stop the work.
In fact, after the technician stopped his work and told me:" You do the work from here. My supervisor had told me to stop"
When I called the number, I was told to: "go to another company. We will not help you here." I was informed the supervisor had gone home and nobody was going to help me from AVG. The person answering the phone was rude and could barely speak English
I have since found another company that will help me and has helped me where AVG and CallTechy did not and outright refused putting in a very precarious position: the workability of my computer with the viruses
The way I was treated was reprehensible.
Since last night, I have removed AVG from my computer, and will neither use nor recommend AVG or Call Techy to anyone, and I am in a position to recommend AVG (or Call Techy--the vendor handling AVG's tech support) to anyone, any company at any time and for any reason.
I close with this question: Where is/was ***'s supervisor?

As per supervisor *** , he had some family issues related to her
mother that’s why he had to leave early for the same however it is still not an
excuse for any kind of human error during Service Delivery Period
4)
On the date of your call to us , we didn’t find
any problem with your AVG antivirus,
there was a problem in your browser
and computer has some junk files that’s why we recommended you for
Computer Tune Up. We do not recommend
any of our customers to remove any of the antiviruses from the computer
5)
As per your email, we would to inform you if you
have removedAVG please install any antivirus of your choice and scan from it,
it is not advisable to keep a computer without an antivirus
Please let us know if you agree we can arrange a call-back
from Supervisor *** himself, *** will personally fix and tune your computer up
