After reading this reply I am in awe!! First off, they can not tell me what documents I failed to provide concerning my bank, because I provided everything they asked of meNext, I am absolutely not behind in my child support and never have beenFurthermore, in their last response they stated that I provided erroneous pay stubs, now they are saying that they don't deal with authenticating documents and it's up to the lender (that is a contradiction in itself)As far as the tools are concerned, I used listings of the exact tools that I had in that vehicle from the listings on the internet, and Yes you all did steal them
I feel the best way to resolve this matter is to refund my down payment, and I'll work on the tools at another pointI like, a majority of true and honest American citizens do not have the time and energy to go out to dealerships and make claims about such mattersThis entire ordeal has wasted an enormous amount of my time, unlike shady business practices who have all day to sit around and figure out ways to scheme the public, I don't have the desire or time to do so

The representative from Elite Imports claim that I provided paystubs, and I contest that is a total falsehood and flat out LieI have attached the paystubs that I emailed to ***@gmail.com on the 13th of March 2014. The company that provides our payroll services, can be reached at 1(800) 501-9462, their website is PAYCOR.COM

Mr*** *** gave us a fake paystubs so the finance company could not fund the deal and they returned the package back, however, he signed a spot delivery paper

I bought a car from them in December. As I test drove it, I noticed that on the instrument panel the brake light and the check engine light were on. I addressed the issue after I finished test driving. They said it would be fixed before I picked it up, should I choose to purchase it. On the day I picked the car up, they said the brake light was just a sensor problem and it was fixed and the check engine light was taken care of. After a couple weeks, the brake light came back on. A week after that, the check engine light came back on. I took it in to a BMW dealership and there were a world of problems. BMW told me the brakes were almost completely gone and there were about $3000 worth of repairs. I fixed the immediate problems which totaled about $1500. I fixed the brakes myself for $200. Now the car is overheating. And it's way past the sham of a warranty they offer. This place needs to be shut down.
I was interested in purchasing a vehicle with this company they said I got approved on the vehicle I was interested in so the finance manager was trying to rush me to sign paperwork but I told him I will not sign paperwork until I have both of my mechanics look at the vehicle and I will come back tomorrow to pick up vehicle to have my mechanics look at. When I looked at the contract which was prepared by the finance manager he had the wrong vehicle and was trying to fraudulent sell me a vehicle which was not the one I wanted. This is a fraudulent company and if someone purchase a car their make sure they are selling you the right car. When I went back the next day to pick up car the car was no longer on the lot so I asked where was the car and they keep giving me different stories basically lying. So they told me the car was already sold a few months ago to someone else. Be aware of this company.
Mr. [redacted]'s financing did not go through due to the fact that he neglected to provide us with all the necessary information to complete his financing through the bank. He failed to pay his child support which is why the approval was denied. I'd also like to point out that he signed the Spot Delivery sheet. Although, he bought the vehicle AS-IS, we had to spend our company's money to fix the vehicle in order to satisfy him. When he dropped his car off he took all of his possesions out of the vehicle. The receipts of the equipment he provided in the complaint, were in fact listings and not the proper documents to show proof of the belongings he claimed to have left in the vehicle. If he had insurance over his possesions, he could have easily taken them had we actually had them. All of the Elite Imports employees are honest, not theives. In regards to Mr. [redacted]'s paystubs; we leave it up to our lenders to verify documents provided by the customer. We, as Elite Imports, do not verify any documents provided by the customer. Furthermore, any problems he has is between him and the finance company, not Elite Imports. We already attempted to put him in a newer vehicle with less miles through a different financing company but he chose to not cooperate. We handle all matters professionally. If you have any suggestions as to how we can solve this problem, please let me know. I attached the copy of the signed Spot Delivery sheet. I will be looking forward to hearing from you.

it took them a little time to fix my problem but it was overall great experience and honest people
