I have taken the liberty to attach a file of work done on car after it was soldAfter the car was sold he wanted the front bumper cover tightenedA few weeks later he wanted a hood propA few weeks later he wanted the fender tightened stated it made noise on highway near windshield and the
windshield washer bottle was leakingAttach carpet in trunk with some clipsChecked for water leak weep holes were plugged from leaves and debris causing water to come in cabinThis was two months after the saleThe customer was also given a loaner car for daysThree months after the sale wiper hose repaired had a small hole in itWe also tightened passenger fender made noise per the customerWe added clips to the back of front passenger seat to hold up pocket on back. The customer was given a loaner again for daysNow more to the present he called us in May of this year after taking his car to get an oil change(months later) way over due based on milesThe oil change facility told him after driving for months and many miles later it was unsafe to driveOnce we were called by the customer we told him to take the car to a mechanics shop not an oil change facilityThe customer took the car to an auto repair shop and it needs a few things for the front end which are wear itemsMy question is where does it stop? We try to help all customers after the sale but there is a stopping pointWe work with all customers great and poor creditThere were only a few cars that would work with his credit

This problem was resolved to the customers satisfactionWe covered it all Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
This business is notorious to fight back when caught up in a lie. They are all well trained in the field of deception. Read reviews about them and this what they do best.  They say I kept coming back but forgot to say no work was done when ever I dropped the car. They use glue to repair cars. The response doesn't surprise me  because they are build for deceiving innocent people. They don't mention severe frame damage the car had and what about the compounding lies after lies? Am not reporting them to expect change from them because this how the run business. I am reporting this business because I want them to be on record and trust me some victims will be contacting you guys in the future. They didn't mention the forced reviews where salesman [redacted] will pull up on his phone and pressure you to leave a 5 star before you even drive your car off he lot. This business has no conscience.
