I have been a customer for over years...never really complained and always paid on time I have signed contracts for multiple services including weekly
Lawn moving for this year I had to go out of town when I return I noticed my grass had not been cut I called the office to inquire and they assured me they had been there the previous week even though my neighbor say they hadn't been there for a couple of weeksI followed up each day to inquire when my grass would be cut and now after multiple requests and their insistence that they would be there today or tomorrow my grass is not cutSadly I also received the same info from the owner I'm done and sooo disappointed that a long term customer could be treated this way

We are just waiting for the bill, she knows that we are, and will pay once received

issue is with me and the contractor regarding the damage done. I was the person who hired
Callahan's and paid him ( I have a copy of the cancelled check) - he had no interaction with my mother. All communications with *** *** were with me.
The location where the damage occurred happened to be at my mother's home. I was the
person who hired Callahan's to plow at that address - not my mother!
The only request on my part is some type of financial settlement for the damage that was doneRegards,

The refund was issued days after the call was made when our admin was in the office after the call. The driveway was missed on the first plow run of the season in error (we plowed the wrong house in the dark), we offered to come out immediately to clear the driveway. We also offered to
refund the contract in full if the customer was not fully satisfied and clear the driveway one time free of charge. The customer continued to use abusive language toward my staff and became very aggressive with our staffPaul offered the gentlemen the opportunity to continue the conversation if appropriate language was used in a appropriate tone. After the 3rd time asking the customer the to not yell and use abusive language we ended the call and refunded the client in full vi a their credit card as shown on the attachment. No amount of money is worth allowing my staff members being subjected to this kind of verbal abuse, we did miss the driveway by mistake and where happy to clear it as soon as it came to our attention. Hopefully a full refund is satisfactory, I personally apologize that we missed the driveway and could not remedy the problem. Mike *** Tell us why here

Phone response - I have spoken to this consumer and she was all setWe had a quarter of our routes hung up in 19" of snow, where state plows and a bus were stuck

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised that he has followed up with *** the GM from the fence company to find out when the repairs to the left hand side of the fence will be completed, as he has already paid for said repairs As such company will advised Revdex.com once fence company follows up with business as to when this repair is scheduled

We paid a third party company in August of to repair fence, see attached invoice Have they not repaired the fence yet?

Phone response - I have sent the requested letter committing to add the topsoilHowever, there is an outstanding balance on her account for mowing at this time, and would like to be paid, as the requested letter has been sent
