We purchase insurance to cover all of the prizes to guarantee a winner and we would love to have one. The odds of winning are explained and the confirmation code for the winning is clearly displayed on the board by the front door to the showroom. The numbers are all checked and verified
to make sure of a match or not and like I said, we want someone to win. I have a sealed envelope with strict instructions to follow to guarantee the cash prize when someone does match. We also give them a scratcher ticket to try and match like symbols to win $30,000. The smart watch is our gift to them just for coming out. We also separately purchase prizes that we guarantee to be given out each day during the sale, NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. It's a smiple drawing that's done every night at 6pm, we pull a name from customers that stopped in that day. We video tape the drawing and post them to our facebook page, so please feel free to visit our page and watch, we've given away thousands worth of TV's, tool boxes, BBQ pits, Yeti coolers, cash and TV's. The company response did not address my complaintI do not wish to correspond with this company, only request the Revdex.com look at the mailing, and verify that the gamepiece I receieved indicated that I had won the TVAlso please review the letters sent out, that they made no mention of having to further win a drawingMy request is the Revdex.com would review these materials themselves, the company took mine when I visited them, but they should be able to supply copies
