I am rejecting this response because:I purchased "whitewalls" they are brown. That is a defective product. The fact that there is a terms of use and conditions section is ridiculous. That only further proves they are selling an inferior product. It's very simple, the tires are turning brown therefore defective. Large cuts and scrapes found on whitewalls. They are damaged in the manufacturing process. Still defective. I have all supporting photos. Here is a copy of a response to my email I received only 3 days after receiving the tires. (06/19/17) Clearly admitting fault by stating "we are trying to fin a better supplier" once again defective. "Hello,Their can be flaws than can occur either from the material itself or from during the curing process.  We try to to minimize these the best we can, but when the rubber is in the raw form it is harder to catch them all. We are trying to find a better supplier for the material we use, but because this a specialty/niche product, it is not that easy to do." [redacted] @ Calli Tire & Wheel LLCCalli Custom Whitewall Tires[redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

No, I do not accept their offer. I have already purchased a replacement set of tires from a reputable company that guarantees its product for the life of the tire. I have no interest in using their defective products on my valuable classic car. I would like a full refund PLUS the additional money I spent on mounting and balancing their defective tires. Once I receive that AND a [redacted] call tag I will be happy to send them back.  I have many more supporting photos of damaged/defective tires. I want to make sure no one else gets taken advantage of.
