No, I do not accept their offerI have already purchased a replacement set of tires from a reputable company that guarantees its product for the life of the tireI have no interest in using their defective products on my valuable classic carI would like a full refund PLUS the additional money I spent on mounting and balancing their defective tiresOnce I receive that AND a *** call tag I will be happy to send them back. I have many more supporting photos of damaged/defective tiresI want to make sure no one else gets taken advantage of

As told to the customer, we have been in the process in trying to locating another supplier. But as this is a very small, niche market, finding vendors for such a niche product (whitewall tire rubber) is not an easy taskCustomer is free to send back any tires he dislikes, and we can try to repair or replace those tires, hopefully to his satisfaction
