I contacted Callie Jewelry about having a ring resized on January 31. February 3rd, Callie Jewelry emailed to agree, said the work would take 2-3 days typically, and sent instructions for where to ship. I sent the ring back March 10 and received delivery confirmation from USPS. I never heard anything back from Callie Jewelry and have not received the ring back. I sent an email to inquire on April 20 and another on May 1. I have not gotten any response although the website gives a 24 hour window for email responses.

Contact by the Business I would like to know if the ring has been resized and I would like to receive my ring back.
This was a miscommunication error, as this package was shipped out to the wrong address. The customer is receiving a new ring this week, and has been fully refunded as well. Thank you!
