adjustment is needed in the future.I hope the store actually spend more time understanding the situation especially in this particular case which it can be easily explained through the phone instead of waiting for someone to show up which is very inconvenience.Again thank you for your patient and the opportunity, I've learned a valuable lesson from this incident and I will ensure our store pay more attention to the detail in the future.
