About this customer , customer made accounts , customer requested the cancellation after the current mont with this words in the email , "That's fine then cancel my membership on both accounts after this monthThank you" , we are not affiliated with any jail and we only sell local phone numbers we never offered a free service , we only give the new local phone number to this customer and the number was always working

The details on we site were not revealed in full to me untill after payment when I then did everything possible to cancel it including both online and the following phone call which was not accepted This is not acceptable to me and considered fraudulent If not refunded to my account I will contact my lawyer and said lawyer will reply with legal letter It may be a small amount in total but in principle very wrong in expence to me I fully expect resolution in a timely manner.

They admitted that the phone number provided was "blocked"; therefore, that is proof that the service they provided did not work for me. Calls made to this number did NOT work as intended or as advertised. The Emails that can be provided by both the company and myself will show that they talked in circles which was scripted with intent to deceit and without any true solid foundation to assist. I have proof that I have sent emails since Sept 26th (attached) requesting resolution with no response from Calling2Home.
Their admittance to the number not working/being "block" should be grounds enough to grant a refund. I followed the terms as they stated yet they still refuse to provide me with the refund

I followed promts on web site I did send cancelation to email there However I then did call and talked to a person again stating the fact that I wanted it canceled as I could not use it I asked for a refund This site was misleading I did not get all I formation untill after payment made I would not have made a payment if I realized as stated after the fact funds would have to ne used from inmate's phone account and there may have to be arrangements made with the facility This was for calls the inmate could not make I should be reimbursed due to the way site represented terms upfront I definitely should not have been charged
