Terrible companyI attempted to purchase a calling card and when I paid and received email to obtain my pin, I was given an errorI called and held over an hour and then when representative came on phone and I told him my issue, he hung up on me I have lost dollars to this company

I bought my husband a card w/pin # [redacted] firstThe company states that if you refer a friend, then both of you get $more added to your purchaseFirst, the card # [redacted] never got the referral credited to that cardThen since he referred me, I went ahead & bought another one with pin # [redacted] which said it had approxminutes on it and did get a $add but it was limited to one call for minutes but it cut off earlier and when I went back to call it said I had no funds.I called them and they basically spoke over me and tried to say that the additional "card" was a different type and basically said the opposite of their add "Referral Program"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! PLEASE INFORM COMPANY THAT I WILL NOT TAKE ANY CALLS FROM THEM - THEY WERE RUDE IN THE FIRST PLACE SO I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO SPEAK TO THEM AGAIN

We have issue a refund for both accounts as you requested, it will take to business days to show up at your account
