Ad on website stated if I sign up I will get a free 10 minute calling Card by email. I do so received the email when I went to call it said I did not have sufficient amount to make a call. When I called customer service they said they couldn't help me or assist further. I spoke with [redacted] she was totally unapologetic and seemed to care less about this issue.
