Callingcards.com Reviews (2)

Three times stollen minutes by the card company. Last time stollen 280 minutes left on my card. I purchased a calling card on callingcards.com website. I purchased a card called Centsible. I paid $20 for 400 minutes. After 120 minutes of conversation my connection broke. I called again and when I entered my pin I was told that I don't have sufficient funds. I called Customer Service at (877) 777-8954. They asked for my pin and told me to check the balance on my card in 20 min. I checked at exactly 20 min. I was given 10 min back on my card. I was still missing 270 minutes on my card. I called again the same number and they told me to wait for an hour and 20 minutes more. I did. I checked again my balance and I was still missing 270 min on my card. I called for the third time. They didn't have any answer for me. They took my phone number and name and told me that they will call then the issue is resolved. No calls. And I still don't have my minutes (money) back. This is the third time that I caught callingcards.com stealing minutes (money) from my card. Even more, I checked callingcards.com website after I hung up with customer service and the Centsible card option is not available for purchase anymore. It is an obvious money scam. Desired SettlementI want a refund in 270 minutes on my card.

On 1/12/2015 I recharged a calling card with callingcards.com and when I checked the account the next day I found it had decreased in value without ever being used. I spoke with a customer rep from callingcards.com and he advised me that there is a $.99 fee that is charged immediately, therefore, the original $20 card decreases in value even before a call is made. He advised me to send email to [email protected] and request that an exchange with a different card be requested. Since that first call I made on 1/13/2015, the day after the purchase, I have sent emails on 1/13, 1/14, 1/19, 1/21 and phone calls have included 1/13, 1/20 and 2/12. The phone call with a customer rep on 1/20 gave me the impression that the problem would be solved without further devalue of the card but she could not telll me when this would occur. Today, 2/12/2015 I contacted support at callingcards.com and the call was either dropped or intentionally disconnected. It has been a month since the request to exchange the card for one that does not charge a weekly fee. As of to date, I have not used the $20 card and its value has decreased $.99 each week which is at least 1/4 of its original value now.Product_Or_Service: an international calling cardDesired SettlementI desire that a credit be applied in the amount of $20. Thank you for assistance in this matter.
