We have called and spoke with the customer we will release her from the contract she signed and only charge her for services performed on her homeFrom what we have done and what she has paid, there is a small balance she owesI have sent the breakdown and invoice to the customer and the insurance companyThe problem is that we had taken a sample of her siding and sent I off to *** *** to see what siding was on her home and since it was metal siding it is hard to find It was a long arduous process to track down the siding and very time consuming, the customer called multiple times for a date for installafter not having suitable answers for her of when it would be installed she felt we were pulling her chain and getting the runaround so filed the complaint turns out that the siding on the home is made by *** *** and their machine to make it is broken and won't be fixed till the end of October and it's not available in any of our outlets and we have or distributors we deal withwe are happy to release her from the contract and have her pay the balance of what she owes may that point we will send her the lien waiver for services rendered and close the file thanks frank ***

8/8/@ 1119AM Returned Franks call which he stated that he was upset that we notified the Revdex.com and tarnished his business name but would like to resolve this situation. He stated that they found a company that could process our siding but their machines are down till October and he was sorry
for the inconvenience. Accepted his apologize but stated that if his company would have had better communication with their clients that this may have not happened. Agreed to work on a statement of what was done and the cost and refund us the remaining balance and the pieces of siding which they took for samples within the week of Aug 8th and call us to set up a time to meet.8/15/@ 1105AM We have NOT gotten that call yet............................................***
