On October 31st 2017 our company provided a relocation from [redacted] to [redacted]. During the moving process the customer was notified of damaged items before start of service. The customer stated that they just purchased a "brand new" bed set from bobs...

furniture and that they were particularly worried about the transport of the items including this bed set in the master bedroom. While our crew members were dissembling the bed set they noticed damaged brackets and scratches to dresser and bed rails. At this time the customer was notified and our crew stoped dissembling the bed set. The customer ([redacted]) then called bobs and started to take photographs of all the damaged items and threatened the company for 2 whole hours on the phone reporting the damage and demanding that he receives compensation for the damaged goods. At that time the customer gave our team members permission to finish taking apart the bed set for transport. All items were handled with care, wrapped and padded. During the unload the customer offered our crew members alcoholic beverages which they declined the offer and then the customer began to drink himself. [redacted] then proceeded to move some of his belongings on his own which he caused damage to walls and some items of furniture! Our crew worked until 12:30am unloading and placing items where the customer requested these items belong. At the end of the move our crew supervisor had to contact [redacted] local law enforcement due to the customer stating he was not going to pay the bill. [redacted] arrived and our crew spoke with [redacted] on 11/01/2017 at 12:22am  regarding the issue of nonpayment. [redacted]  then agreed to pay the bill sign a secured method of payment via [redacted] processing. We contacted the customer to follow up with the move and even sent a crew to [redacted]'s home on November 7th due to some items having to be dissembled to make it up to the 3rd floor of his apartment, free of charge. At this time the customer stated that we arrived too late and slammed the door in our drivers face. Customer never mentioned anything about any items missing or broken even after several weeks of trying to contact [redacted]. We have made several attempts via email, and phone calls to accommodate [redacted] and his family. We are truly sorry to hear that he feels as if the job was not complete, we provided a move which he now resides in [redacted] due to our company providing a service.  After taking measurements of the hallways the items that he wanted to go to the third-floor would not possibly fit. We dispatch a crew on November 7 to relocate those items to storage free of charge and the customer denied the service.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all the only correct part of this is the fact that there was damage to the bed from part.No way was I on phone for 2 hours during a move! Also there never was any alcohol involved only the water I gave themAlso I never moved any furniture-I specifically told my girlfriend-also a witness to let them move everything As far as the police they demanded to get paid before job was completed I said you will be paid when work is done-They said they won't work anymore and called police I have never paid for a service before the job was done I did not refuse to pay These people are liars , unprofessional And stole some of are belongings in addition to the damages They even said to me after a scratch on  the wall "Stop Watching Them Work " I find it interesting that the Supposed "supervisor " called me a day later apologizing and saying he fired some of the rude workers and would send me insurance paperwork for damages and another driver to complete job not done And this was done after I let them no I was calling [redacted] When  a truck driver came over he said I had to sign a paper I said not signing anything till job is done ,damaged and missing  things taken care of They left .Another interesting point I received a phone call a day before they made the lies to [redacted] saying they are under new management and will supply insurance info for Are damages and  fix the mess her name was Jayleen [redacted] What is going to be done to prevent others innocent people from falling victim to these crooks?
