They did not provide a service over the phone to say "fix" my computer tha my wife was using at the time.Desired Settlement: Charge this company for fraud

Review: I received a phone call on 2/17 from [redacted] from Calls2Geek advising me that I needed to turn my computer on. When I got to the computer, which I hadn't used yet that day; it was already turned on (assuming that they did it). This man went through my computer and performed a diagnostic or something on it and convinced me that my software had expired. And that I needed buy new software because my computer could crash at anytime and that the software was $199. I provided my credit card information to them because I believed that what they had told me was true. It wasn't until after I had gotten off the phone with them and spoke to my son that I realized that I had been taken advantage of. Especially since I had just purchased Norton near the end of last year. I had turned my internet off as well as my computer because I didn't want him to access my computer anymore. This man kept calling me after I'd gotten off the phone with him the first time and I finally answered the phone. He'd left several messages telling me that I needed to turn my computer back on and that he'd be happy to walk me through the process of installing their software. It was during that conversation that I told him I wanted to cancel the purchase and that I wanted a refund. He gave me a very hard time and tried to convince me that this was not a scam and that he had a daughter in the hospital and that if I tried to cancel the purchase on him that he'd lose his job and not have any way to take care of his family and their expenses. I eventually ended up cancelling my credit card just to prevent the fraudulent charges from going through. Unfortunately, they had already charged my credit card. I'm still getting anonymous phone calls to my residence (his calls previously came up this way) to the point that I am afraid to answer my phone.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the charges against my account refunded in full and for this company to stop contacting me. Any of my personal information that they obtained needs to be deleted and my information not passed on to any other third party group. This event has caused me a lot of stress and physical discomfort due to me having a lot of health issues and not being able to handle stress very well.
