Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised the following:The consumer gave the company permission to use lock box for entry to stage for the sale The lock box was on a timer, the business was unable to get into the property at am on the day of the auction when he arrived The business tried to reach realtor about such, when they were unable to get a response the consumer finally came and let them into the property The other items were set up first because the business couldn't gain entrance to the residenceThis consumer had been given a lower consignment because she allowed other auction items to be grouped with her items Items that were nonsellable were left behind the consumer was verbally advised sheets, lines and bedding doesn't sellWhen the auction ended the consumer was given the option to have them do a complete clean out and leave property broom swept The consumer had her family agreed this was done to their satisfaction The consumer contacted the business about a week and a half later stating someone had placed a stick in the garage door causing damage This business denied such liability as the garage door was closed and locked upon finishing the auction and its clean upThere will be no additional payments made to this consumer

The consumer called Revdex.com and advised that the company lied, their statements are not true She called to get the totes and was told that they were buried under a table. Consumer still wants to know what happened to the Chinese Custom Saucers that were taken

Bedding items: Blankets, towels, throws, sleeping bags, etc ran out of time to get all out. My family did not agree to their satisfaction that the property was cleaned out they left before Dan locked upDan was last one leavingThis is when the garage door lock was brokenCost of repair $which I paid Dan still has some items that was not sold and removed during incomplete clean out including hand painted/ made fan height globe. Dan owes money for items taken during incomplete clean outHouses, barn, garage + patio room left in terrible shape, garage door repair $Time to settle upThanks*** ***

demanding her totes By this time her totes where no longer there Consumer was offered comparable totes which she declined

Hi [redacted] 7/16/15ID [redacted]In response to Dan C[redacted] letter dated 7-10-15 I have to say that he lied on several items as listed below.1- Again no permission was ever given to Dan for entry to home.  He was told I would be there when ever he need to get in.2. Again he did not arrive @6:00am. Have neighborhood who will testify that he arrived approx 8:45 am3. He was unable to unload garage + barn as as the keys were in the house.  Dan opened lock box about 8:10- 8:15 am. Then got keys for barn + garage. 4. Stated setting up items from Garage + barn starting about 8:10 am (not 6:10am) as he was not there @ 6:10 am House + basement was last to put items out and ran out of time. 5. He did sell bedding item but not all as he rain out of time. 6. Garage door repair was first noticed on Saturday June 13. Repair done Monday June 15th cost $97.20 Dan did brake the garage door lock. 7. Barn; garage, house, basement, + patio room was not left in broom condition.  8.Dan did take item after action was done while doing incomplete clean out. 9. Dan not only lies but take items that do not belong to him.Thanks for all you are able to do to help me and other he done the same. Not a nice person. Thanks, [redacted]s, ###-###-####

Business advised:He sold the item in a try lot and she has been paid for them Consumer was already offered totes she didn't take there is nothing more we can do for her.

Hi [redacted]In response to [redacted] complaint.1.  Permission was given to us to enter the home when she wasn't there to set up, stage and lot the items to be sold.  She and I agreed that because I am also a Realtor using the lockbox would be the best way, then she wouldn't have to give us a key or meet us to do set up.  Permission is not needed as I am a real estate professional and have my own electronic key.2. The order of events Saturday morning are as follows:6:00AM WE ARRIVE TO SET UP AND DISCOVER THAT THE LOCKBOX HAS A TIMED ACCESS ON IT WHICH MEANS THAT THE REALTOR HAS SET UP TIMES THAT THE LOCKBOX CAN BE USED.  WHICH IS DONE FOR SECURITY REASONS.  6:05AM I CALL THE REALTOR AND LEAVE A MESSAGE TO SEE IF HE CAN GIVE ME THE CODE TO GET IN.6:10AM  WE DECIDE THAT THE BEST THING TO DO IS UNLOAD THE GARAGE, BARN AND THE TRUCKLOAD OF ITEMS THAT WE BROUGHT TO SELL.  WHILE WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM THE REALTOR.7:55AM  WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF ITEMS TO SET UP. AND I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THE REALTOR.  SO I CALL [redacted] SHE TELLS ME SHE IS AT THE STORE AND WILL BE THERE ASAP.8:05AM  [redacted] THE REALTOR WHO OWNS THE LOCKBOX CALLS ME AND GIVES ME THE CODE TO GET IN THE HOUSE.  NO PROBLEM HE IS GLAD TO HELP OUT.8:20AM  [redacted] ARRIVES.  WE ARE SETTING UP. ITEMS FROM THE GARAGE, BARN AND OUR TRUCK ARE OUT AND READY TO BE SOLD.  WE ARE NOW WORKING ON THE HOUSE AND BASEMENT.9:45AM  ALL SALABLE ITEMS ARE OUT AND READY TO BE SOLD.  WE NEVER RAN OUT OF TIME SETTING UP.10:00AM AUCTION STARTS.3.  A LOWER ADVERTISING RATE WAS AGREED TO WITH [redacted].  THE ADVERTISING RATE I USUALLY CHARGE IS  $400 FOR HER TYPE OF AUCTION.  WE CHARGED [redacted] $300. IN LIEU OF US BRINGING IN SOME ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO BALANCE OUT THE AUCTION. SHE WAS OK WITH THIS.  SO THE ITEMS WE BROUGHT IN SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY SURPRISE TO HER.4.  WE DID NOT IN FACT RUN OUT OF TIME TO GET BEDDING ITEMS OUT.  AS EXPLAINED TO [redacted] WHEN WE FIRST MET BEDDING, BLANKETS, TOWELS DO NOT SELL AT AUCTION SO WE LEFT THEM IN THE HOUSE.  WHY MOVE ITEMS THAT DON'T SELL?5.   WE DID IN FACT LOCK UP THE HOUSE AFTER THE AUCTION.  WHEN WE LEFT THE GARAGE DOOR WAS LOCKED AND IN WORKING ORDER.  I'M NOT SURE WHO BROKE HER GARAGE DOOR BUT IT WAS NOT ANY MEMBER OUR COMPANY.  I WAS NOT CONTACTED UNTIL A WEEK AND A HALF LATER ABOUT THE GARAGE DOOR.  ANYONE COULD HAVE BROKEN IT IN THAT TIME.  THAT IS WHY I REFUSE TO PAY FOR IT.  IF WE HAD BROKEN IT. WE WOULD HAVE REPAIRED IT OR PAID FOR THE REPAIR AND NOTIFIED THE OWNER IMMEDIATELY.   THE PROPERTY WAS LEFT IN  BROOM SWEPT CONDITION.  99% OF THE CLEANING WAS COMPLETE WHILE THE FAMILY WAS THERE.  AND WE ASKED THEM IF IT WAS GOOD AND ALL AGREED IT WAS SATISFACTORY.  THE REST WAS COMPLETED AFTER THEY LEFT WHICH WAS AT THIS POINT MINIMAL.6.  AFTER THE CLEANOUT.  THE ONLY ITEM WE HAVE LEFT IS THE HAND PAINTED GLOBE.  [redacted] IS WELCOME TO COME AND PICK IT UP ANYTIME.  THAT IS THE ONLY ITEM WE HAVE THAT WE WERE ASKED TO SELL AFTER THE AUCTION.  7.  HOUSE, BARN & GARAGE + PATIO.  ALL LEFT IN BROOM SWEPT CONDITION.  ANY ITEMS LEFT WERE PICKED UP BY THE BIDDERS BY SUNDAY.  ALL OTHER ITEMS LEFT THERE WEREN'T JUNK AND WE WERE TOLD BY [redacted] TO LEAVE FOR THE NEW OWNERS.  NEW OWNERS WERE THERE AND AGREED.8.  THERE WILL BE NO SETTLING UP.  WE ARE SETTLED UP [redacted] WAS PAID FOR HER ITEMS SOLD. SHE CAN PICK UP HER STAINED GLASS GLOBE WHEN SHE LIKES.  WE CLEANED THE JUNK OUT OF HER HOUSE AND DID NOT BREAK THE GARAGE DOOR.  NO FURTHER PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE.  ON OUR END *CASE CLOSED!*ONE FINAL THOUGHT.  WHEN WE WERE FIRST APPROACHED ABOUT THE GARAGE  ONE AND A HALF WEEKS AFTER THE AUCTION.  THE GARAGE DOOR WAS THE ONLY COMPLAINT.  AS TIME GOES ON THE LIST SEEMS TO BE GROWING.  WE ARE FAR TO BUSY TO DEAL WITH FABRICATIONS.  [redacted] SHOULD FIND BETTER USE FOR HER SPARE TIME AND STOP HARASSING OUR BUSINESS.  WE DID OUR JOB.
