I was at the Santa Rosa Plaza Mall, located in Santa Rosa, CA and was approached by a salesperson from the VineVera Kiosk on 4/14/2016, wanting me to experience their products I agreed to do so I told the salesperson about my struggles with rosacea and he said their products were all natural and would help my rosacea and even migraines I purchased the products, made an appointment to come back the following week for a facial I woke up Friday morning and my rosacea had reacted in a very unfavorable manner; redness, splotchy, little capillaries around my cheeks and I was puffy I phoned my salesperson in a panic He said he would text me his supervisors name/phone because he was unauthorized to issue any refunds He did not text me the information, so after work, I went home, picked up the products and returned to the mall to the kiosk My salesperson was working and was told at that time that no refunds are given, only exchanges within days of purchase!?!
